Hi, I’m Dr. Yogini Prajapati.
I’m a dedicated pediatrician with over a decade of experience caring for children through every stage of health and recovery.
After years of working within a traditional insurance-based, fee-for-service model, I recognized an opportunity to better serve my patients. I envisioned creating a practice that emphasized meaningful relationships, transparency, convenience, and exceptional care.
